While the Seq&Treat project is already in progress, we are always scouting for promising sequencing technologies and solutions for LMICs that can potentially be supported in the future, subject to available funding.

If you are developing or completing development of a targeted sequencing-based solution for drug-resistant TB detection that meets the following criteria, we welcome you to get in touch by completing the technical specifications questionnaire on your product readiness.

• End-to-end targeted sequencing solution with the potential to meet published target product profile requirements for detecting XDR-TB and PZA-resistance.
• Design-locked solution with components manufactured under GMP/ISO:13485.
